I like Handy Manny.AND, Hannah does not really like the show that much. She gets excited when it comes on but I think it is just because she knows it - not because she wants to actually watch it. She never actually watches it.
(However, Hannah and I both say Manny is cute. he he!)
Anyway, I think one of the things I like about it is the clever names for the tools..
The Hammer's name is Pat.
The Flathead Screwdriver's name is Turner.
The Philips head Screwdriver's name is Felipe.
The Saw's name is Dusty.
The Tape Measure's name is Stretch.
The Wrench's name is Rusty.
The Pliers' name is Squeeze.
It is a really cute little show.

I don't think that Manny is so handy with Dusty. Otherwise he would have four fingers and a thumb. Score: Dusty-1, Manny-0.
I have NEVER heard of Manny. But then again my baby IS 14 now. I had to watch Barney when she was Hannah's age.

Oh geez, I never realized that Manny only has 3 fingers and a thumb. But I am also a parent who likes the show. I think it is a nice educational show. But like Hannah my 5yr old is not that into it. He will watch for a few minutes and then he is done, but mommy will watch it.
