Catfish

A couple of guys caught some catfish.  Trouble was .... none of them wanted to clean it.  And Chris wasn't sure how to do it.

Thank you Alex for helping us out!  :-)
Chris looked like a Pro!  Awesome.

Now I have to figure out how to cook it.  :-)
