Georgia Aquarium

First Stop... The Georgia Aquarium. Who knew that Atlanta now has the biggest aquarium in the United States or even, I think, in the world? Well it was great. Hannah really enjoyed it. We seriously thought, with her, we may not get thru very much of it but we saw about 75% of it. It was great.

Hannah was very interested in all the fish and not scared to go up and see them at all. As a matter of fact we had been practicing our fish face to show them once we got there and she was sure to show those fish her fish face as much as possible. It was great.

However, seeing people in the tanks in funny suits waving at her was very scary!!

Hannah, I think, was a little overwhelmed with how big the tanks were. I wish we had good shots to show you just how huge they were, it was amazing.

Of course, even though the penguins were getting fed and not coming to see her, Hannah and Daddy still went in the little bubble thing that puts you "inside" (right in the middle of) the Penguin habitat. Yes, Papa Joe, we told Hannah about how much you like penguins. We wished we could have gotten a picture of her and one for you but they were too busy eating.

Luckily there was a trash can just the right height near this bench where we could all get our picture taken together.

Of course, before we left, Hannah had to get onto the Little Mermaid. Hannah really thought she was big stuff because she could get on it all by herself. It was just the right height.

Looks like you guys had a great time. I'm glad Hannah enjoyed it, and you were able to see most of the aquarium. I can't wait to see it myself.
