I like green peppers, but I LOVE red bell peppers; HOWEVER, I do not buy the red very often because of the price. When I buy the red, I tell myself "let's pretend we're rich". BJ's and Aldi's (sp) have better prices on purchasing the stoplight bags. I have green in my frig right now.
I agree with Betty. It does make a difference in a special recipe. They taste different and make dishes beautiful. But the price of them keeps me buying the green.
